Jill Jamison

Treasurer

Jill Jamison, CPA, provides audit, accounting, and financial advisory services to closely held businesses and their owners at Sweeney Conrad, one of the largest locally owned CPA firms in the Puget Sound area. She serves clients in a multitude of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, technology, commercial printing, waste management, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans.

Julie is a Project Coordinator at Hansen Belyea who is motivated to deliver above expectations on a daily basis. She is highly organized and thorough in her day job and is committed to bring the same passion to the AMAPS board this year. Before coming to Hansen Belyea she spent four years at Whole Foods in a marketing role and holds a BFA from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.

Kim “Kimfer” Flanery-Rye

VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Entrepreneurial in spirit, creatively minded and service at heart, Kimfer is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience with a diverse background in art, design, communication, training, digital marketing, brand strategy, executive leadership, design thinking and organizational development specifically focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture. Her work experience includes multiple roles at an enterprise company like T-Mobile, agency work as an executive at Yesler, and pro bono work for a non-profit organization like the Health Commons Project through her current consultancy, MyKimisms, LLC.

Staishy Bostick Siem is a marketer with 20 years of experience helping nonprofits, higher education and healthcare organizations articulate impact and raise awareness of the work they are doing to solve society’s most pressing challenges. Staishy is currently the director of marketing and communications at the UW School of Law and a member of the UW brand strategy team.

Originally from the U.K, Paul has spent over 20 years in senior technical, sales, marketing, and business management roles within the software industry. For the last 7 years, co-founded a Microsoft software partner, Cireson. Paul is passionate in simplifying technology to help improve the customer service experience. He also enjoys helping people achieve their full potential through coaching and mentoring. Taking pride in the positive impact this has on both the individual and the company they work for. Paul has found AMA to be an excellent place to bring the marketing community together to collaborate and learn on the latest trends.

Heidi Crawford

VP Mentoring

Heidi Crawford brings 21 years’ experience with measured results in digital, integrated marketing and management to her work for global brands. Passionate about excellence and building nimble teams, she has served as both a product owner and marketing consultant for Microsoft for 12 years, has consulted to Amazon, Lionbridge and EMC, and managed strategic marketing for Nortel for 4 years. She holds an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts. Heidi is very happy to serve AMAPS members as VP of Mentorship. -- The mentorship program fosters professional growth and new relationships among marketers, while encouraging an exchange of ideas.

Kacie is an agency professional experienced in marketing, advertising and strategic communications. She has been involved in PSAMA for more than six years starting when she helped to spearhead the South Sound Special Interest Group (SIG) in 2010. Kirsti is a Graphic Designer and has lived in Seattle nearly her entire life, having been involved in art and being creative since she could hold a crayon. She has worked in a wide variety of design settings including a retail-marketing group, an ad agency and a large in-house design team, eventually leading to her start her own company. 18 years later, her passion for design and creativity is only rivaled by her love of people. She thrives on collaborating, communicating and creating with others and can’t imagine her life without it.

Merl Simpson

Merl joined the PSAMA board as VP of Collegiate Relations while a member of the Pacific Lutheran University School of Business marketing faculty. His continuing academic research interests are focused on services – hospitality (hotels, restaurants, travel) and professional (finance, legal, etc.), with particular interest in internationalization of such services.
